1 capsule contains 300 mg of the mixture MUSHROOM QUARTET WITH REISHI [mixture of powder from four types of dried mushrooms 150 mg: shii-take (Lentinula edodes), Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus), Shaggy Mane (Coprinus comatus), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum); extract from Rhodiola rosea 100 mg, extract from Leuzea safflower (Rhaponticum carthamoides) 50 mg].

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

1 capsule daily before meals.

The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water, or divided and the content is poured into food or water.

Long term use of the product is possible when necessary.
